We do not sell personal data or use WhatsApp content for unrelated advertising.
4. Third parties
We use Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, cloud hosting providers, and operational tools. Customer use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta policies.
5. Retention & security
Data is retained as needed for the service and legal obligations. We use HTTPS, access controls, and scoped tokens. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
