Custom AI Lab

When no product fits the problem, we build one that does.

Some leaks are specific to your business: a tender process, an RFQ desk, insurance pre-authorisations, rate parity across booking sites. The Custom AI Lab scopes, builds and runs an AI system for exactly that job.

Try it

What is the manual work really costing you?

Put a number on the job you want gone, then see whether a product or a Lab build fits it.

Examples

Built for one business. Solving one expensive problem.

A few systems the Lab has patterns for. Yours will be scoped from your own audit.

  1. 01

    Tender engine

Finds relevant tenders, drafts compliant responses and tracks every deadline.

  2. 02

    RFQ-to-quote

Reads incoming RFQs, checks specs and stock, and drafts a quote for approval.

  3. 03

    Pre-authorisation agent

Prepares insurance pre-auth paperwork for clinics and hospitals, and chases status.

  4. 04

    Rate-parity watcher

Checks room rates across booking sites and alerts you when they drift.

  5. 05

    Order digitiser

Turns handwritten or PDF orders into clean entries in your ERP.

  6. 06

    Document desk

Collects, checks and files client documents before deadlines.

When the Lab opens

Only after the audit proves the return.

Routing no product enforces

Exception paths, multi-company handoffs or industry rules that standard CRM workflows cannot express.

Enrichment across your stack

Pipelines that join CRM, ERP, WhatsApp and industry tools, so the next action happens on its own.

The after-hours spreadsheet

Intake, logging and alerts that replace the sheet your team keeps after hours.

Glue between products

When Outria, VAANI and the core products need a custom connection for your industry.

Product or Lab

Most custom work is configuration. The Lab is for the rest.

How builds work

Evidence first. Then we build.

Found in the audit

Never pitched as an upsell. The audit proves the gap before we open a build.

Priced from evidence

Efficiency builds are priced from verified time lost. We never invent revenue figures.

People approve

Every build keeps a person in charge of judgement calls and anything irreversible.

Four sprints

From leak to launch in four sprints.

  1. 1

    Audit

Map the process, measure the time lost and decide between configuring a product or building.

  2. 2

    Scope

Define the gap, approval steps, integrations and how success is measured, before code ships.

  3. 3

    Build

Build on Halveron OS with a person in the loop wherever risk is real.

  4. 4

    Launch and tune

Go live, measure what changed and keep improving without adding headcount.

Questions

About the Custom AI Lab.

Is every custom build a Lab build?

Usually not. Most custom work means configuring existing Halveron products. The Lab is for the gaps no product can close.

How is the Lab priced?

Quoted per engagement after the audit proves the gap. We price from verified time and money lost, never from invented revenue figures.

How long until we see value?

Most Lab work follows the same four-sprint path as product setup: live in roughly four to eight weeks, then a tuning window.

When do you say no to a Lab build?

When the audit maps cleanly to an existing product, we configure instead. When the gap is unproven or open-ended research, we do not start.
